IRANIAN SNAKES MUST FLEAD
This artwork is a mirror for the viewer and a call to action for the inhabitants of the Middle East and the West.
The Myth of Submission:
The desire for democracy and secular freedom, as fervently professed by the protesting population in Iran, is ignored by both Arab rulers and parts of Western society.
Muslims worldwide want to copy Iran’s radical religious dictatorship for the West.
Hence their lack of protest for the freedom-hungry Iranian population.
They are seen as apostates, as collaborators.
Anti-radical Islam, anti-Sharia, the population deserves atrocities as punishment for their disobedience to Allah and the Quran.
Especially where Iranian citizens see Israel and America as potential allies in the struggle for liberation, the Western perspective seems clouded by a ‘marriage’ between Islamism and a media culture that turns a blind eye.
Eastern and Western media cultures sympathize with radical Muslim ideology and thus support the atrocities committed by Muslim fighters worldwide.
The path of Islamism:
A path that inevitably leads from ideological strictness to a reign of terror, corruption, torture, and self-destruction.
An ideology that drives out dissenters and holds its own people hostage in a cycle of hatred.
Its fate lies not in the hands of hate-preaching mullahs, ayatollahs, imams, or Western policymakers, but in the radical choice for self-determination.

“The Choice of Their Fate:
This work is a visual transgression; a confrontation with the uncomfortable truth about the future of the Middle East and Western perceptions of it.
It questions the silence of the West and the paradoxical alliances that arise between ideologies that seem to be diametrically opposed.
It shows the inevitable choice between the stagnation of Islamism and a future of peace and technological flourishing.
As a visual intervention aimed at breaking through the political correctness that paralyzes Western debate about the Middle East.
I focus on exposing ideological blind spots: the paradoxical refusal to recognize the call for secular freedom in the region as a universal value that also encompasses Israel and the West.
From Reign of Terror to Flourishing:
With Gaza as its central form, this work shows the crossroads the region finds itself in.
The reality of the Iranian struggle, as symbolized by the Woman, Life, Freedom movement (Amnesty International), shapes the moral The backbone of this project.
The Path of Transition:
A choice for peace, stability, and active cooperation with Israel and the West. It is the model of postwar Japan and Germany: from the ashes of dictatorship to a flourishing state full of technological innovation, prosperity, and fundamental freedoms for every individual, regardless of religion or gender.
